Read on for a few pictures from our drive-in screening of The Man Who Fell To Earth in Preston and news of our next outdoor screening.
The day included performances from They Eat Culture which fed into a conspiracy theory inspired drive-in afterparty.
Thanks also to the guys and gals who turned up in classic cars and made the event feel a bit more like a real 1950s drive-in movie theatre!
From Preston's covered market our drive-in team are heading to Knowsley Safari Park, where they'll be setting up an incredible 50ft screen for a showing of 1968 sci-fi classic Planet of the Apes:
The screening takes place on Sunday, 2nd October at 19:00 and tickets cost £15 per car (max 4 people per car). The gates will open at 17:30, so you can turn up early if you want to bag yourself a good spot.
More details on the event can be found here, or you can jump straight to purchasing tickets on Eventbrite.
Please note: Earlier on 2nd October we are hosting a bus tour of Knowsley Safari Park with Rachel Mayeri, the artist behind AND festival commission Primate Cinema: Apes As Family. The coach for this event leaves Liverpool at 15:00, returning to Liverpool after the film. Details here.
