Festival Producer
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Freelance Contract July 2015-June 2016
4 days p/w July 2015 – June 2016 (days negotiable)
Salary:  £22,000 pro rata

Join the Abandon Normal Devices creative team! This is an exciting time to support in the delivery of the festival programme as well as long term development of the organisation. We are looking to recruit a Festival Producer who who has an understanding and enthusiasm for internet culture and technology and has an experience in production and touring alongside a team of festival freelancers. The role will suit an early career and mid level experience candidates, who can hit the ground running.

Festival Freelancers
Contracts: Short Term Freelance, starting in Mid August / September
Deadline: rolling until 17:00, Friday 31 July
AND is seeking to establish a team of highly skilled specialists to support on the delivery and install of the festival in Cumbria during August and September 2015. We’re looking for individuals with proven experience in the following areas to support on a programme of exhibition, events, interactive and outdoor installation and outdoor film.
– Project Management
– Production Support
– Technicians / with experience of artwork build and installations involving technology
– A/V install for film and live events
There will be roles throughout August and September, with a specific focus from the Mon 4 – Fri 25 Sept. You will be need to have experience working in an outdoors arts or festival environment and be able to make your own way to and from the Grizedale Forest.
