Introducing AND’s new Associate Board Members
Mon 20 Oct 2025We are pleased to announce the appointment of two new Associate Board Members, Tom Shennan and Bridget Coderc.
As part of our commitment to leadership and sector development, our Associate Board Members will work alongside the AND Board of Trustees, through a 12 month development programme. The programme supports individuals to gain board-level experience and explore the purpose of the role, whilst contributing fresh perspectives to the organisation’s strategic direction.
We are excited by what Tom and Bridget bring to the table, and look forward to working with them over the next 12 months as we work towards the 10th edition of AND Festival.
Tom Shennan
Tom is an artist and filmmaker working in expanded cinema. Their practice explores play, sensory perception, and audience agency, drawing on autistic and queer experiences to create often absurdist works. Their BBC Arts-commissioned short ‘ADHD POTPOURRI’ and other narrative works have screened widely, including in BFI touring programmes, while the immersive show ‘Come Rest in Chaos’ (created in collaboration with Shivaangee Agrawal) blends dance and interactive projections across UK venues. Previous roles include associate artist at Collective Encounters, resident digital artist at Z-arts, and co-lead artist at All the Screen’s A Stage.
Bridget Coderc
Bridget Coderc comes from an interdisciplinary background (arts/entertainment & Higher Education; BA & MSc), which gives her a dual perspective. She works in Research & Innovation, is a VJ (aka STUDIO720p) and video artist based at Paradise Works. She also produces Neptune Series, experiences encompassing interactive media, AV & DJ performances, and dance. Bridget’s MSc in Marketing focused on audience engagement in live immersive experiences. Her work was screened at Film-Makers’ Cooperative, New York (founded by Jonas Mekas and Andy Warhol), Cinemateca Nacional Ecuador, and featured at festivals from London to Switzerland to Santa Fe. Bridget’s personal favourites include VJing at Factory International (2024) and Screening+Q&A at MIRA Nights, HOME (2023).
