CreativeXR Showcase

Abandon Normal Devices were delighted to be one of 20 teams taking part in CreativeXR, the industry-leading immersive content accelerator programme with Digital Catapult and Arts Council England.

This October, we attended the Creative XR Showcase and Market, bringing together the national and international immersive community, creating opportunities for collaborations with UK talent.  Featuring project pitches, demos, masterclasses and networking events, the event gave attendees the opportunity to be the first to experience and immerse themselves in pioneering content.

For the CreativeXR Showcase and Market, AND had a demonstration of I̶n̛t͘e͟rf̕e̢ren̵ce, an immersive VR experience developed with Julie Freeman through COSMOS, our art-science programme for the Lovell Telescope, bringing together Jodrell Bank Observatory’s groundbreaking heritage site and world-leading research.
